Ashley Freeborn

    Ms. Freeborn is a teaching assistant at Grayson, where she can put to good use her experience in social-emotional work with children to help out with some of our littlest learners.  

    Ms. Freeborn’s background includes a wide range of roles across many areas of the helping professions, including her most recent position with the Achieving Independence Center of Valley Youth House, where she was involved in life coaching for children in her care.  Additionally, she has spent time working as the staff facilitator for Philadelphia County’s Youth Advisory Board and working in counseling and training for a women’s crisis services organization.

    Ms. Freeborn is working towards an Education Master’s degree with a focus on Learning, Cognition, and Development at Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Education.  She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from Temple University.
