Ms. Moore is the Director of Operations and Development, where she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school as well as development efforts.
Trained as a Middle School Language Arts teacher, she has taught students with a wide range of abilities, including both gifted students and students with learning differences. Previously, she has taught at First Philadelphia Charter School, Friends’ Central School, Jack M. Barrack Hebrew Academy, and AIM Academy. While at these schools, she obtained governmental grant-based funding to create an Institute for Girls’ Leadership & Environmental Studies. Additionally, as an educator she has created innovative courses of study and written curriculum. Prior to her career as an educator, she ran her own private practice, which included all aspects of marketing such as guerrilla marketing, events, exhibition booths, presentations, social networking, and creating marketing collateral and advertisements.
Ms. Moore is excited to put her diverse skill set to work on this entrepreneurial gifted education endeavor. She holds a dual B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, with degrees in English Literature and Environmental Studies and a minor in Fine Arts, as well as an M.A. from St. Joseph’s University in Secondary Education.
She and her two daughters live in Narberth.
