Megh Shah combines technical expertise, data-driven strategy, and a strong passion for student engagement to foster organized and supportive learning environments at The Grayson School.

Mr. Shah earned his B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Business Analytics and a minor in Operations Management from Widener University, where he was a Widener Presidential Scholar. Prior to joining the Grayson team, he implemented individualized education plans (IEPs), facilitated social-emotional learning, and provided differentiated instruction as a special education professional and substitute teacher. His background also includes experience as an Integrations Developer at NFI Inc., where he designed data integration solutions and optimized technology systems.

Mr. Shah is dedicated to utilizing educational technology, student-centered support, and collaborative problem-solving to help Grayson students thrive.
