
Allison P. Wilson-Maher
Allison P. Wilson-Maher is a Grayson parent and vice president, real estate, design and construction, at the University of Pennsylvania Health System, also known as Penn Medicine. She leads a diverse team that provides excellent real estate-related services in a healthcare setting. The team sources, renovates, builds, and manages Penn Medicine’s 13-million-square-foot real estate platform throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey, including design and construction of inpatient and outpatient facilities, all real estate transactions, and property management in the administrative and ambulatory portfolios.
Allison previously served in various leadership positions on the board of directors for the Healthcare Leadership Network of Delaware Valley, and she received the organization’s 2015 Administrative Achievement Award. She served as ACHE’s Regent for Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey for three years. She is a frequent speaker both locally and regionally on a variety of healthcare topics, ranging from strategy and planning to development and asset value, and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Allison holds a M.B.A. degree in Real Estate from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. She graduated summa cum laude, first honor graduate, with highest honors from The University of Georgia, where she received her B.A. degree in Journalism. She is board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow.
