Tom Hess currently serves as Vice President of Market Access at SAI Medpartners, a healthcare consultancy. He brings over 15 years of experience in building and leading successful commercial organizations in the healthcare industry. His expertise includes developing and launching new products, securing funding, and fostering diverse and high-performing teams. Throughout his career, Thomas has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to drive strategic growth and innovation.

Thomas's passion for progress extends beyond the corporate world. As founder of the Global Higher Education Organization (GHEO) in Colombia, he exemplifies a commitment to empowering individuals and building a brighter future. GHEO's focus on providing educational opportunities for women in poverty showcases Thomas's ability to identify needs, cultivate partnerships, and create sustainable solutions.

His success in navigating both global markets and local communities demonstrates Thomas's adaptability and commitment to creating positive change. Tom holds a B.A. from Xavier University. Completed an executive MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management with Hotchkiss Scholar designation.
